The spaces were spacious, level and nicely shaded. I guess they aren't usually very full though, since there was a black widow spider nest in the electric box. It looks like the main business here is the marina across the street and the semi-permanent RVers on the other side of the park. The manager was not around to check us in but since we had reservations we had a packet left out for us. We saw several other RVers come in and were not able to register, get the bathroom code, etc. The shower/restroom were clean but needed repairs, broken locks, etc. The pool had algae. The Rec Room had a big screen TV with satellite, but the remote was AWOL so we couldn't use it. We were unable to dump our holding tank because the sewer riser was quite a bit above grade. There was no "drive-up" dump station. At $41/night, this park was very disappointing. We won't stay here again.

If the sites weren't so tight, this park would get a higher rating from me. I am not sure how some of the big rigs and large 5th wheels got into their site on the north side of the park. Don't expect any elbow room either. I was surprised to see a few "beaters" parked here that didn't look like they had moved recently. On the good side: our site was perfectly level! The restrooms/showers were spotless. We didn't use the pool, but it looked inviting with nice furniture and shade. The staff was super nice; they had a helpful info packet ready for you. This is a very convenient location to the Bay Area and wine valleys.

We stayed one night. The overnight spots are long and level but have no shade. Check your site for ant colonies. The longer term and permanent sites have trees, some with slabs. This is a pretty neat campground for river oriented activities with a launch ramp and dock.

We stayed in the "partial hookup" area where the spaces are very close together. If you can get in, I would recommend the full hook-up sites which are more spacious and shady. We were in town for the Jazz Jubilee and the RV Park was completely full. Even still, the only area that seemed crowded was the pool. The roads are laid out nicely with plenty of room for turns, back-ins, etc. Nice dump station. Our only complaint was our permanent resident neighbor who started up his diesel and went to work at 5:30AM.

We were just passing through and stayed here one night in an easy access pull-thru space. Everything was super clean, tidy, and well maintained. The sites appeared level and most were well shaded. There were a lot of employees around taking care of the grounds, etc. CATV was a bit fuzzy. The park, like most other KOA's, is near a rail line, so we always have earplugs with us. We'll definitely stay here again.

Be sure to make reservations! This is the only RV Park in town. Everything was clean & well maintained, though the shower stalls seemed really small. The pool is on the affiliated hotel grounds. Our site was across from the shower/laundry, so everyone, including the staff, felt it necessary to walk through our site to get back and forth. Pricey, but about what we expected to pay in a tourist town. Great location for visiting Jackson. Walk to restaurants; short drive to downtown or grocery store.

Spaces are very tight and access roads narrow. We had an end space which was nice but very difficult to park our 23' TT due to the curve on the loop. There is little room for awnings or slideouts. There are trees between most spaces which help the privacy, but you are right on top of each other. My neighbor couldn't get his fifth wheel in the correct position, so he ended up with the sewer under his rig and the slideout over my water and electric. Go somewhere else with your big rig. We would have moved to a dry campground but they were being closed up for the season so options were limited.

The park is between two small streams with mature trees, very relaxing after a day on the road. It is close to the railroad so use your earplugs at night. A good place to stay if passing through. there are only a couple of fast food places nearby. Very pleasant grounds overall but our site was littered with butts from the previous guest. The pool was closed for the season.

Level site with trees and grass. The park is out in the open so you get some wind and noise. The train tracks are nearby, but earplugs work. Bathrooms were clean but there were no locks on the shower stalls. Good value.

We stayed here for three nights. The park seems oriented toward long term guests. There are no community showers or restrooms. Very clean and orderly. The hookups looked almost new. Easy access and good location to the city. This is a good place to park your RV, but not really a campground.
